By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Payment must be received prior to shipment of products. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Pursicomne is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Free shipping is available on orders over $75 within the continental United States.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Pursicomne and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Pursicomne. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
